Context

A club serving ages 2–70 across volleyball, gymnastics, basketball and swimming needed two things: make a parent's first contact effortless, and get a coach's progress tracking off paper. The site books a free trial lesson in one click; athlete and coach accounts keep training and progress records digital.

Constraints

Most users are parents on a phone; WhatsApp/BiP contact is part of the UI.
A small club; operating cost and maintenance must stay near zero.
